Foods are very important to traditional chinese people new year celebrations. All family members come together to eat at this time. Chinese New Year foods are not only delicious but it is traditional to eat certain foods over this festival. If you come to China in the time of spring festival, don't forget to taste the following food:

Fish

In China, the Fish sounds like "save more". Chinese people always like to save more money at the end of the year, because they think if they save more, they can be in the next year.

Spring Rolls

The spring roll is a cylindrical disk Cantonese dim sum. The spring rolls filled vegetables and meat can be sweet or salty taste.
